CCS has a Family and Medical Leave policy that conforms to the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The act entitles qualifying employees to a job-protected, unpaid leave of absence in certain circumstances. All rights and obligations under the FMLA and this policy are interpreted according to the law. All leaves of absence, including workers’ compensation, temporary disability and FMLA leaves, will be coordinated and will run concurrently as allowed by law. The policy is described here.
