The College affords eligible employees family or medical leave in accordance with the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). All rights and obligations under the FMLA and this policy are interpreted according to the law. All leaves of absence, including workers’ compensation, temporary disability, and FMLA leaves, will be coordinated and will run concurrently as allowed by law.
