Building on the 2-D drawing and 3-D translation methods learned in DTR 125 this course introduces students to the fundamental design process used by transportation designers. Through this introduction, students will develop a basic understanding of each phase in the process: Problem identification, research, packaging, ideation, concept development and model building.
