Submit Official Transcripts For:
- Final Official High School Transcript (showing your final grade point average and graduation date/proof of graduation) or GED transcript. For auditing purposes we are required to have final official high school/secondary school transcripts on file for all undergraduate student attending College for Creative Studies. This also includes transfer students.
- Official College Transcript- only if you have taken college classes.
- Advanced Placement (AP) Transcript- only if you have taken AP exam(s).
- International Baccalaureate (IB) Transcript- only if you did IB as part of your high school curriculum.
International Students
Students with transcripts that are not in English must have their transcripts translated by an official service before it is submitted to our office. Include all pages and a graduation certificate or statement (if available). College-level transcripts need to include accreditation information and credit hour explanations.

Please advise the high school to include a school official’s signature along with the school seal, if possible, on the transcript. We cannot accept hand delivered transcripts, faxed, or Xerox copies as they are not considered official.
Due to the transcript being a requirement, we will place a hold on your account if the final official high school or GED transcript is not received. You will not be allowed to register for future semesters until this hold is released. Upon receipt of your final official high school or GED transcript we will remove the hold and send you a notification. Some institutions give you an option to do Electronic submissions of transcripts. This is also acceptable and should also be sent to the attention of the Academic Advising and Registration Office at: aaro@collegeforcreativestudies.edu.
An “official” transcript is one that is sent directly from a school to a school in a sealed envelope and is required in order for you to receive transfer credits.
