From your applications FILE menu, select PRINT.
Under the “Copies & Pages” drop menu select “Xerox Printing”.
At the bottom of the Xerox Features window look for the small green button. Click this to open the “Earth Smart Settings”.
From the “Earth Smart Settings” window you can select the Turn off Banner Pages” option.
Click OK when you have selected not to use this option.
Once you have returned to the print options menu save your current settings. Select “Save Current Settings as Preset” from the “Presets” menu. Name this setting whatever you wish.
Click OK. You should now see your printer preset as an option.
