CCS Wellness is dedicated to promoting the well-being of the whole student and the whole campus through the use of innovative, creative, accessible and effective services and initiatives. We offer personal counseling, group support, health services, workshops and various student-oriented activities aimed at building and fostering community, inclusion and the overall well-being of students.

Clinical Counseling
The Wellness Center provides solution-focused counseling services for currently enrolled CCS students. Our services are based on a determination of your needs and goals.
Common concerns among students:
- Feelings of loneliness, isolation or depression
- Adjustment + transition
- General stress and/or anxiety
- Interpersonal concerns (family, friends, intimate partners, roommates)
- Problem-solving or decision-making
- Identity development related to various dimensions of self
- Establishing a sense of community and belonging
- Self-doubt and the imposter phenomenon
- Academic performance and motivation
- Understanding the psychology of creativity
- Creating balance between personal and academic priorities
- Building better communication and time management skills
- Self-care, self-esteem and/or self-worth
Our clinical team is made up of three therapists and supported by our wonderful administrative staff. Appointments may be online or in person depending on your preferences and availability. Appointments are offered 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Please use the CCS Counseling – Appointment Request Form for counseling appointments. Services are free of charge and confidential.

Currently enrolled students are eligible for eight counseling sessions per semester, plus an intake appointment.

Walk-Ins (20-30 minute brief sessions)
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
For Walk-Ins, simply walk into our second floor office during the scheduled times (Tuesday and Thursday; 11 am – 12:30 pm) and you will be connected with one of our therapists, no appointment needed. If there is a wait, you may be able to use a private space to connect with Uwill Counseling Support.
After hours: All CCS Students have 24/7 access to Uwill, a student support service that offers multilingual phone and text-based chat with a clinical counselor, as well as other resources and assessments. Access services online, in the Uwill app for immediate assistance.
Additional Wellness Resources
The Health Hub is CCS’s central location for all things health and wellness. This space includes campus health programs, designated therapy dog sessions, sexual health products, education materials, chill space, student worker office and the food pantry. (Follow signage for the pantry once inside the Hub.)
