Digital Monitors / Information Displays

Information can be shared with the CCS community using digital screens currently located at the Taubman Center as well as the lobby of the Walter B. Ford building and the lobby of the Yamasaki.

  • Images must be sized 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels high at 300 dpi and saved in a JPG or PNG format. No other file format can be accepted. Important text and imagery should be kept inside a 100 pixel image safe area.
  • Keep your information brief as slides only appear on the screens for a short period of time.
  • Information must be submitted 7 working days before any event to be announced. Images of violence or alcohol will not be posted.
  • Submit approved JPG or PNG files or announcement information to screens@collegeforcreativestudies.edu.

The campus televisions located in the hubs and by elevators are not to be unplugged or used for other purposes.

Campus displays are connected to a content management system to that will allow the broadcast of emergency messages if necessary. Disconnecting these screens will disrupt this service.

If you do notice a display that is offline please notify Information Technology so that they can be serviced appropriately.
