Position: Student Ambassador Content Creator

Department: Admissions

Summary:

Do you want to promote CCS to prospective students? Join the CCS Admissions Team! This position will produce digital and some written content for the CCS Admissions Vlog and social media.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the Admissions Marketing Communications Specialist to create content for the Admissions vlog and social media.

You will:
Collaborate with the Admissions team to film short and fun vlog posts to answer questions about what it’s like to be a student at CCS that will inform prospective students about the CCS experience
Conduct short interviews with students, faculty, and staff to gather content for vlog posts and social media updates
Assist in curating content for the Admission’s social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
Create multimedia content to accompany vlog posts and social media updates

Qualifications:

Must be a self-motivated, outgoing, and reliable individual.
Excellent communication skills and an interest in talking with people.
Interest in positively impacting the prospective CCS student experience.
Interest in writing and social media. Experience with posting on social media is a plus.
Experience with photo and video editing software
Graphic design experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements:

Ability to work 5-8 hours per week in the Admissions office and meet weekly with the Admissions Marketing Communications Specialist.
Sophomores – seniors are preferred.
