If you are teaching a course on Canvas, please take a moment to review your course content. Several students have reported missing information. Check that the modules you wish to be viewed are published. Click the Student View button for your course and take a quick tour to find any potential issues. This will allow you to see your live course as a student and interact with items you wish to share.
In many cases reported to the Helpdesk, the Welcome page for a course is posted under the “Welcome: Begin Here” module, and that module is not active. Students cannot see that content.
Look to the upper right of your modules. If you do not see a green checkmark, that content is not available. Click the closed icon to change that setting to published.
