,This course bridges the worlds of art and,engineering, offering students an immersive,introduction to mechanical principles and their,creative applications. By studying the historical,and scientific foundations of mechanics and,combining these with artistic design principles,,students will learn to conceptualize and build,innovative projects. Through weekly lectures,,hands-on workshops, and collaborative assignments,,students will explore topics such as geometry,,simple machines, mechanical movements, compliant,mechanisms, and joining processes. This course,emphasizes a balance between artistic expression,and engineering functionality, fostering a deeper,understanding of how motion, structure, and,mechanics intersect with creativity.
