This course introduces students to theories of,color from historical applications to contemporary,photography, and its practical and creative,applications. Through readings, lectures, and,discussions the history of color theory and color,photography are addressed, including subjective,color, bias, and equity in image-making.,Assignments emphasize principles of color theory,through digital input, color balance and,correction, creative color, and effective digital,printing.
