,STORYTELLING FOR COMICS 1,,

,Students will be engaged in a comprehensive,exploration of the elements of comics storytelling,through several exercises and assignments.,Students will learn about various techniques,,mechanics, structures, and vocabulary employed in,the production of published comics media in all,genres (such as adventure, humor, science fiction,,horror, crime, non-fiction, etc.).and types (such,as mainstream, independent, underground, web,comics, etc.) However, although drawing techniques,will be discussed and certainly employed, this,course is primarily designed to teach the,mechanics of the storytelling process from script,to finished art. This course is one of two courses,in Storytelling For Comics.
