To schedule an event

1. Reserve your space using 25live and note your confirmation ID to use on event form.

2. If you would like to reserve the Conference Center, the Prechter Board Room, Anderson Auditorium or a classroom, click here  to clear it with the appropriate individual before entering into R25.

3. Complete the Event Notification Form

Event Catering

The Continental catering team is able to work with you if you have a specialty event or would like something higher end. If you would like to connect with catering staff directly, their extension is 1404.

Student Fundraising Event Policy

From time to time CCS students and faculty conduct fundraising drives such as bake sales, glass sales etc. to support departmental needs not covered by the CCS operating budget. Please review the Student Fundraising Event Policy for more details pertaining to these events.
