Asking Questions about Canvas
Post a question in the Canvas Community. Your answer may be answered by other Canvas Community members from around the world. For example, if you had a Canvas question after normal CCS business hours that needed a response, you could post your question to the Canvas Community in hopes that someone would see it and provide a response.
If you would like to post a question to the global Canvas Community:
- Within Canvas, in left-hand Global Navigation menu, click the Help link.
- In the fly-out menu that appears, click the Visit the Community link.
- At the top right corner of the screen, ensure that you are signed in.
- Once you are signed in to the Canvas Community, click on the Product Resources link at the top of the screen.
- Click the Canvas link under the Canvas heading.
- Click the Forum tab. Click the Ask a Question button.
Alternatively, navigate to: Canvas Question Forum – Instructure Community.
