Check-Out Procedures and Policies:

Late fee Payment is expected at the time of equipment return, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Reservations are recommended.
Check Out Times:
9:30am-4pm M-Th
9:30am-3:30pm Fri
9:30am-12:30pm Sat.
Maximum two days reserved in a row.
Reserves are held until 3:30pm. After 3:30pm reserved equipment not picked up will be available for normal checkout, including Fridays.
Overdue fees apply to all equipment that is not returned by the due date and time.
Overdue fees are: $2.00 per hour the fi rst three hours; after the first three hours $35.00 will be charged. OVER 24 HOURS: an additional $20.00 per day.
Overdue fees must be paid immediately upon equipment return; if they are not, a hold will be placed on the student’s account for the amount owed. A hold results in denial of grades, registering for classes, etc.
Any students who does not return equipment included with checkout, (i.e. lens cap, card reader, power adapter, fi rewire cable, etc.) will be charged accordingly.
To avoid charges please check that the equipment you receive is complete before leaving CE and before returning borrowed items to CE.
