Supervisor Evaluation – Kate Lees

It is the College’s goal to annually evaluate the performance of each employee. The purpose of the evaluation process is to provide an opportunity for the supervisor and employee to review the prior year’s work performance. This process should include conversations related to the strengths and weaknesses in your employee’s performance, the development of future objectives, and your support and encouragement in assisting them to reach their full potential. The evaluation process helps to promote better communication between you and your employee, allows your employee input, and enables attention to be focused on job performance standards.  As you communicate the performance appraisal, your employee needs to understand performance expectations and your employee should be provided the opportunity to respond and discuss any issues that may arise.  Feedback concerning job satisfaction, career goals, and position responsibility are encouraged during the appraisal and throughout the year.

Goals

    1. Increase Followers on IG to 14/15k while maintaining 2% engagement rate.
    1. Hire 1-2 student workers to help with content.
    1. Showcase more of our studios/facilities via social
    1. Utilize all platforms efficiently & continue to eliminate unnecessary platforms (if possible).

Accomplishments

    1. Increase in IG followers from 8,000 to almost 13,000
    1. Increase in overall Reach/Impressions across social platforms – outperforming last year’s content across the board.
    1. Increased activity across all social platforms. Posting regularly helps build brand awareness & increase impressions.
    1. Cleaned up our feeds – we are posting higher quality content in an order that is consistent & visually appealing.

Comments

I would love some help with preparing to interview & interviewing prospective student worker’s.

I really enjoyed sitting down & going over our content calendar for the months ahead. I think that by planning more in advance we will be able to have an even more impactful/stronger social presence.
