This course is aimed at providing an understanding, of the body and the human figure through, sculpture. The study of the human body is a, strong foundation for formal, conceptual, and, expressive artistic explorations. Portraiture and, anatomical figure studies will accompany, instruction in armature building, modeling, mold, making, casting, and patina techniques. Students, younger than 18 must have parent permission to, take this course.
