Learn how cars go from ideas to reality. Students,will imagine their dream car and go through the,design process with an industry professional.,Students will learn how to sketch concepts,,render in proper perspective, and design their,vehicles to human proportions. Upon approval of,their concept, students will move forward to,create their design in simple 3-D models and,scale clay models. For decades, CCS has trained,the world’s top vehicle designers. ADRW-140 PAINTING THE HUMAN FIGURE

Working from a nude model,students will explore,painting techniques that will enable them to,better understand and paint the human figure.,Emphasis will be placed on design, color and light,variations. Students younger than 18 must have,parental permission to take this course. Bring a,sketchbook, canvas pad and pencil to the first,class. Materials will be discussed and a supply,list will be handed out at that time.

This intensive course that explores the power of,self-generated subject matter as content for,narrative imagery. In class development of,individual processes such as ideation, research,development, and execution of solid drawing will,explored using the artist’s medium of choice. The,expected outcome is actualized portfolio-worthy,work. Prior drawing experience is recommended.,Bring drawing pad and pencil to first class.
