AGRC-226 INTRO TO MAYA: GAME DESIGN

Learn the basics of the software used by, professional game designers. Students will learn, basic Maya skills needed to turn digital drawings, into living motion in a 3D format. Starting from, scratch or picking up from an existing level,, students will learn how to create and manipulate, objects, design scenery, import and export, assets, and script a video game story line.

AVIS-098 CERAMICS: SLIP CASTING

Open to all skill levels. Learn the basics of,clay model-making and plaster mold-making to make,multiple casts in slip. Intermediate students,will learn how to make more complex multi-part,molds. All students will also explore different,glazing and firing techniques including reduction,and electric firing. Limit 10 students.

THIS CLASS PROVIDES AN INTRODUCTION TO FLOOR LOOM,WEAVING. BASIC WEAVING PATTERNS AND TECHNIQUES,WILL BE COVERED AS STUDENTS LEARN HOW TO SET UP,AND WEAVE ON A FLOOR LOOM. IF TIME ALLOWS, THERE,WILL BE A PROJECT USING BLEACH OUT AND DYE,PAINTING.
