This course is for students with basic to,advanced drawing skills and an interest in,Detroit and working plein-air. Students will,learn the tricks of working outside in various,conditions and how to pack materials, as well as,the basics of gesture, sight-measuring and,perspective in various locations around Detroit.,The class will cover a variety of dry and wet,black and white drawing materials. Students will,meet at Ford Campus the first class and then at,different urban locations each week, including,Belle Isle, downtown and beyond. A list of,supplies will be handed out at the first class.
