Status: Approve – Entertainment Arts will be providing from budget
Especially with the school sponsoring a booth at the event, we feel it is extremely important our students also receive as much funding support as possible to attend the event. Our students will also be planning fundraisers to help offset costs! Since this is my first time submitting a request, I want to check with the business office about budget numbers we can pull from or shift funds through our own department, but we are potentially looking at taking $3,000 from 1-4535-5300
Flight costs have SOARED recently due to Spirit closing and the oil crisis, but we strongly feel this trip is imperative to our student’s professional growth and success, as it has proven to be in previous years, shown by the college’s continued sponsorship of the event itself. Thanks so much for your consideration!
