Program Learning Outcomes – Liberal Arts

Upon graduation, the Liberal Arts program will have prepared students to:

  1. Think critically by evaluating and interpreting fundamental ideas in the humanities, the arts, and the natural and social sciences.
  2. Articulate thoughts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, using a flexible and reflective approach to language.
  3. Synthesize knowledge to create original, compelling, and well-researched essays, creative projects, and presentations.
  4. Interpret diverse global, social, and cultural perspectives to demonstrate an empathic understanding of human experience across different eras and communities.
  5. Demonstrate forward thinking by applying new theoretical frameworks, empirical discoveries, and emerging technologies, including AI, to address social, cultural, and economic questions.
