ILL\/Mel will still incur fines.<ul><li>These items will be charged because they have high checkout demand, limited availability, or are cost-prohibitive to replace.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>When patrons place holds on items that are currently checked out to another patron, they will have the option to recall items.<ul><li>Patrons can recall items themselves, or library staff can recall on behalf of the patron.<\/li><li>Recalling a book will change check out to 1 week, items will be fined $1\/daily for overdue materials.<\/li><li>Patrons also will have the option to wait until the checked-out item is originally due back to check it out.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Graduating students will receive holds on their accounts for unreturned books.<ul><li>Library staff will contact graduating seniors with checked-out items to instruct them on how to return books and pay any fines.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Lost items will be charged for the replacement cost.<\/li><li>Items checked out through InterLibrary Loan (ILL)&nbsp;
