Salaries and wages are reviewed\nannually, based on the administrative staff member\u2019s performance and on salary\npolicies established each year by the Board of Trustees. Based on performance evaluations, the\ndepartment director makes salary and wage recommendations. These recommendations are submitted to the\nPresident who considers and approves them in consultation with the appropriate\nDean or Vice President. CCS is\ncommitted, within the constraints of its budget, to recognizing excellent\nadministrative staff performance through salary adjustments.
