Open to all current CCS students only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students are invited to present projects, exhibitions, performances, audio\/video works, happenings, poetry readings, dance, and other site-specific installations throughout campus. These proposals should be compelling, thoughtful engagements with the campus that invite the college community and visitors to stop, pause, interact, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These exhibitions, popping up all over CCS, can occur in numerous locations. U245 invites students to include location in their proposal. Examples of spaces include: cafeterias, lobbies, library, CCS shuttles, elevators, tunnels, windows, etc. All proposals will be considered by the Office of Exhibitions and Public Programs as well as Facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In an effort to conserve resources U245 accepts only digital images\/files for consideration. 3-5 images need to be submitted for proposals. See specifications below. U245 Gallery will retain the submitted images of accepted artwork and reserves the right to use the images for gallery publicity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please include an artist statement pertaining to the proposed project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Send to: Jonathan Rajewski at jrajewski@collegeforcreativestudies.edu<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n The email should include the artist’s full name as subject along with ‘Gallery U245 submission.’ The images must meet the following specifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The image files should be in HIGH QUALITY JPEG format, images should be no smaller than 1000 pixels in any direction (about 13″) and 72dpi. This should result in most image files ranging from 700kb to 2mb in file size. Other than video works, entry images should not be larger than about 2mb.
