This is a one-time step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Course Navigation, click the <strong>Zoom<\/strong> link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>Schedule a New Meeting<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the details of your meeting, and click the <strong>Save<\/strong> button at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the screen that follows, you can:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the <strong>Google Calendar<\/strong> button to add the Zoom meeting to your own Google Calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>Copy Meeting Invitation<\/strong> link to copy\/paste the invitation information into a Canvas course announcement and\/or e-mail it to your students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewing-scheduled-zoom-meetings\">Viewing Scheduled Zoom Meetings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You and your students can view scheduled Zoom meetings within your Canvas course. Simply click on the <strong>Zoom<\/strong> course navigation menu item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"instructor-view-1bf6f2c6-0dba-45d3-b8a1-3764dc04eb1c\">Instructor View<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Zoom interface only shows scheduled meetings for the Canvas course you are currently logged into.
