In the Canvas Inbox, you can set an “Out of Office” message. You can also add a signature for all of your outgoing messages sent from the Canvas Inbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE:<\/strong> The settings described here do not link back to your Out of Office or Signature that you may use for your official CCS e-mail address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to Canvas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In Global Navigation, click the Inbox<\/strong> link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the \u2699\ufe0f Inbox settings<\/strong> (cog wheel) icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To set an Out of Office message, select the Response On<\/strong> radio button, and fill out the relevant information [Start Date<\/strong>, End Date<\/strong>, Subject<\/strong> (Required), and Message<\/strong>].<\/p>\n\n\n

    To display a signature below your Inbox messages, select the Signature On<\/strong> radio button. Use the Signature<\/strong> text box to customize what your signature will look like.<\/p>\n\n\n
