CCS has free access to set up a portfolio site on Cargo. To make your site public<\/strong>, you will require a promo code obtained by reaching out to the PM or Chair of your department. This code provides a full one-year upgrade with no restrictions for the user. Without this code you will have access to build your site but visitors will be unable to view your content on the web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To get started, visit https:\/\/cargo.site. Note, you may only use Safari or Chrome to access this website.<\/p>\n\n\n

Click “Get Started”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be asked to choose a template.<\/p>\n\n\n

Once you have chose your template, click Start with this Template in the upper left of the browser window. <\/p>\n\n\n

A Cargo Setup window will open. You will need to enter your CCS email address, a password, a URL (mysite.cargo.com), and the name for your site.<\/p>\n\n\n

To activate your public site, you will need to Upgrade. Click the Upgrade button in the upper right.<\/p>\n\n\n

You will need the CCS promo code provided by your department or IT. Please speak with the program manager for your department to obtain this code. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the payment screen select Promo Code. Enter the code provided to you for activation. <\/p>\n\n\n

Once you click submit, you should see a notification stating your upgrade was successful. Visitors can now visit the URL to your site and view your portfolio. <\/p>\n\n\n
