Make sure you have the latest version of Zoom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2). During a Zoom meeting the host can enable Live Transcription by clicking the \u201cClosed Caption\/Live Transcript\u201d button at the bottom of the Zoom window<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This will activate live subtitles<\/li><li>You can also view the full transcript by clicking the up arrow \u201c^\u201d on the \u201cClosed Caption\/Live Transcript\u201d button and selecting \u201cView Full Transcript\u201d<ul><li>A new window will appear to the right with the full transcript as it happens live<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Additional settings for subtitles and live transcript via the up arrow \u201c^\u201d on the \u201cClosed Caption\/Live Transcript\u201d button<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3). Live transcription may also be requested anonymously by a Zoom meeting participant, in which case the host will be prompted with the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enable: Enables live transcription for use of anyone in the meeting or webinar.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Decline: Decline this request to have live transcription enabled. Other participants will be able to make their own requests.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Decline and don&#8217;t ask again: Decline this and all future requests to have live transcription enabled.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4). The full transcript can be saved by clicking the \u201cSave Transcript\u201d button at the bottom of the \u201cTranscript\u201d Zoom window<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5). Limitations to Live Transcription<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are some limitations to live transcription, which may result in poor transcription.
