Instructional Design<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Are you revamping an existing course or responsible for designing a new course for the upcoming term?\u00a0 If so, it’s highly recommended that you work with an instructional designer to help you develop course learning objectives, instructional material that aligns with your course modalities, assessments, and activities that will help facilitate a lasting and memorable experience for your students. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Libraries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The mission of CCS Libraries<\/a> is to foster the relationship between research, critical thinking, artmaking, and design ideation. To achieve that end, the Library staff is committed to developing distinctive collections, curating relevant electronic resources, and providing high-quality instruction and patron services. Print and electronic books are available through the Library’s catalog. Our vast electronic resources are discoverable through the A-Z database list<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CCS Libraries can acquire resources for your course or help you select appropriate resources as needed. Please use the Course Reserves Request Form <\/a>available on the Library’s website (under the “Services” tab) to submit resource requests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Library staff are available to provide instruction sessions for you and your students. Instruction sessions can cover a range of subjects including topic selection, information evaluation, visual literacy, material collections and more. For more information on instruction support, please visit our For Faculty page<\/a> on the Library’s website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The How-To Videos page<\/a> provides helpful information for utilizing library resources. The How-to Videos page also includes the faculty training video for your review. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
