This course is a continuation of DIL 483. With the,assistance of the instructor, students continue to,explore and revise their artist statements and,body of work started in Illustration Studio A. ,The work (or portfolio) created in this course,establishes the artist’s point of entry into their,chosen market(s) or path within the illustration,industry. The students’ artist statements will,demonstrate a knowledge of current industry,practice, and students are encouraged to explore,how their chosen direction relates to race,,gender, sexual orientation\/Identity, community,development, disability\/differently-abled, climate,change\/justice\/sustainability, global cultures,,and economic class.<\/p>
